By booking or using our taxi services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Our Services

We provide on-demand taxis, transfers, and pre-booked journeys within the British Virgin Islands. Availability depends on driver and vehicle supply.

Bookings & Payments

• Bookings may be made by phone, website, or authorized app.
• Fares are calculated per official BVI taxi rates or agreed upon in advance for transfers.
• Payments are due at the end of the journey unless prepaid; we accept cash

Cancellations & No-shows

Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full fare plus any reasonable waiting/time costs.

Passenger Conduct & Safety

• Passengers must follow driver safety instructions and wear seatbelts where provided.
• No smoking, illegal substances, or violent behaviour permitted.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Limitation of Liability

We aim for reliable, safe service, but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays, missed connections (flights/ferries), or other events beyond our control (traffic, weather, strikes).

Lost & Found

Report lost items to us promptly. Items will be retained for a reasonable period; unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of in accordance with local law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes will be resolved in BVI jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.
